Ben, Founding Member

I'm a founding member of Innovative Renovations LLC, leveraging my 17 years of experience in the construction industry to ensure our clients' visions become reality. Consider me one of the local construction elders, combining old-school quality with a passion for new technologies. That's why I'm excited to bring Smart Kitchens and Bathrooms to our service area! I transitioned from hands-on construction to focus on the business side, and now I work directly with our clients to understand their needs and match them with our skilled team to bring their renovation dreams to life.

Outside of work, I find balance through quiet meditation and spending time with family. When I catch a break, I cheer on the St. Louis Cardinals and Miami Dolphins. My dream is to one day get my pilot's license and explore new places for epic dining and entertainment adventures. In the meantime, I enjoy giving back to the community through charity work, particularly with local Alzheimer's organizations. Lastly, as a Desert Storm Era Marine Corps Veteran, I never miss an opportunity to say “Welcome Home “ to my fellow combat brothers and sisters.

Hi there, I'm Zach, and I'm passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces that stand the test of time. As an Indiana native for the past 5 years, I understand the needs and challenges Hoosiers face when it comes to their homes. My journey in the industry began ten years ago, starting from the ground up as a cabinet installer. This hands-on experience instilled in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. After honing my skills, I transitioned to working with local realtors like ERA and FC Tucker, specializing in home inspection repairs. This role gave me valuable insight into the diverse needs of home sellers and buyers, allowing me to develop a keen eye for potential issues and solutions. But my passion extends beyond simply fixing things. I believe in educating and empowering homeowners. Whether it's sharing DIY tips or guiding clients through complex repairs, I find true satisfaction in helping them understand their homes and make informed decisions. When I'm not immersed in the world of construction, you'll find me spending quality time with my wife and our three amazing children. Our dog, Zuko, and our bearded dragon are also cherished members of the family! In my free time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping, and fishing. I also have a competitive streak, participating in shooting sports and dabbling in motorsports. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to honesty, integrity, and open communication.
